I didn’t need to leave the bed to get my baby out of the bassinet and that was amazing!!! I highly recommend to all new parents. There is a strap that goes underneath your mattress to secure the bassinet. It also has wheels for convenience. Likes: sturdy, perfect for picking up baby bedside, convenient, sturdy, adjustable height. Dislikes: I wish the entire sides were mesh and not just a little strip. I like the crib, however one of the legs isn’t quite right. I can’t attach the storage unit and click the leg into place at the base like I can on the other side. I spent so much time trying to figure out if I had something wrong. It’s like the manufacturer messed up and it’s backwards. I can install the leg but it’s secured as it should be.
