UPDATE: Got a hold of the company and they were beyond professional! They sent me a new one and it got here within a day of giving them my information! I am beyond pleased with the company along with the product! Thank you again to the company for helping me resolve this issue in a timely manner and for being so kind and understanding!! This is a nice carrier, feels durable. BUT the back piece has stains on it. Maybe from sweat? Also, it showed up in the box but stuffed in there like it was returned. It was just sitting on top of the plastic it looks like it should have been in. For $53 I figured I would have gotten brand new in the box never opened. Not a used one. I can’t even find a way to get ahold of the company itself through Amazon so I tried facebook and no luck yet. ... show more

My baby only wanted to face forward in carriers and I felt like his hips were pulled back too much in most carriers. This carrier gives him a comfortable seat and keeps him securely attached. It’s comfortable for me and him!

This makes things so much easier. Only negative is the strap on the side is too small if ur baby has chubby thighs it won’t work because it’s too tight and there’s no way to extend that’s the only negative

My baby loves this carrier! We had a wrap but she didn’t like her arms being wrapped in it, she likes them free. It is also so comfy for me to use! Plus the seat can be used as a hip seat as my baby grows! Highly recommend!

It is a great product but my baby is too big and cannot fit it hahahaha so unfortunately I have to return it, it came with everything and nothing was missing but I had to return it was too small or my baby is too big 😅😅😅
