I tried Welada due to the natural ingredients, generous percentage of zinc, and the added calendula for healing. On the days when my skin was irritated, I could not wear any deodorant. I started to notice that even on the hottest days in Florida, that when I was wearing my Welada zinc cream (even with no other deodorant) under my arms, I did not smell. Look, let me be clear, I have no idea what this stuff is made out of but it must be 1 part God’s love and 2 parts God’s hands. My 2-year-old daughter has been non-stop sick (usually from our 6-year-old coming home sick from school and giving it to the entire family) and, this last time, she had to be put on a strong round of steroids and antibiotics. She started getting a rash around her private parts and inner thighs… it rapidly worsened to the point that her pediatrician wasn’t sure what to recommend and, by this point, she was in pain all day. I’m not even going to begin to try to list all the different creams and gels and homemade remedies we tried (unsuccessfully, I might add.) I don’t even remember how we came across this cream but I remember telling her mom we were going to panic buy everything until something works but her mom wanted to try one last thing — this cream. We ordered the cream and got it the next morning. The Pediatrician recommended we continually applied whatever we were using all throughout the day. So, of course, we tried it a few minutes after delivery and immediately noticed she didn’t cry when applying it. Cool. Then around lunch time (and a few diaper changes later) we noticed the rash already reducing in size and color. WHEN I TELL YOU IT WAS GONE BY BATH TIME (this is a 12-hour timeframe, from around 8:30AM to 8:30PM) AND SHE WAS LAUGHING AND PLAYING AGAIN?!?!? This is the best diaper cream we've found after trying all the other top brands. However, the cap never seems to fully close and continues to rotate around and the actual tube itself had a crack near the top and was leaking oil all over. I love this diaper cream. It works better than others I’ve tried, without junky ingredients. I even use it with cloth diapers with NO issues, even though zinc is not recommended, it’s been fine. I’ve used this for my first born every diaper change. He didn’t have no rash at all. Only once before not using anything. Now I’m using this for my newborn baby. My mom is German and swears by this when I was a baby. Now I can attest and say it’s great! Definitely worth the price!!
