Just bought this new and it came with many problems. The plastic on the lid was chipped despite no obvious damage to the box/ packaging. There was a small bit of rust on the steam vaporizer. The steam function was operable but the steam was unable to reach the bowl. Instead it spewed burning hot steam and water out the side underneath the water tank. The only part that worked was the blender but it seems very weak. I steamed chopped up pears in a pot for 20 mins and put them in the brezza’s blender but it was unable to purée the skin (just chopped it into tiny bits). There is a strong plastic odor but it seemed to dissipate somewhat after washing the unit and running it with just water. Yikes, this thing had a lot of problems right out of the box. It seems they have very poor quality control. The unit just looks dated with jagged plastic and a lot of muscle power needed to lock in the bowl to the base. Just doesn’t seem well designed even if built right. I wish I spent the extra $50 for the similar glass model from that other company. I will say that their customer service was very nice and helpful and they are sending a new unit. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this machine! You can make so many baby food recipes and it also comes with a little recipe book already. It’s easy to use and easy to clean as well. You can set it to “steam&blend” and let it do its thing while you do something else. Very convenient and haven’t had an issue with it at all. If you’re thinking about it, this is your sign to get it! :) ... show more

Save your hard earn money - this thing I send it back and the second is not working either. Overall, bad product. The water plug from the tank breaks downs super easily and then the thing stops working, I am trying to get a new plug since I cannot send this steal back anymore. Bad Bad Product

I assumed other negative reviews could have been due to user error. However, I followed the instructions to the T and still ended up with water stuck between the bowl and it’s base; after the first use! It’s clearly dirty water and I cannot have access to clean that area. Unfortunate. You would think extra consideration would have been put into the design for a baby product. ... show more

This product didn’t work well for me. It took two cycles to actually cook the carrot I put in there and it didn’t chop it up as finely as I was expecting. Not a purée by any means just tiny pieces of still basically uncooked carrot. Not what I wanted for a product that says it’s all in one.
