I bought this thinking it washed the bottles alone with dry and sanitize them. It does not wash them. And I'm trying to figure out settings. The bottle warner in front is easy to use and works well. I haven't used the food warmer yet but think it will work well also. My major downside to this is that it doesnt wash them. I really wanted it to so it would save me time. It is made well and I'm sure I'll get use to the settings. Instructions are not that clear.
