  • Best gift I’ve given to our grandkids!
This little gadget is so nice. Each instrument makes its own sound so you can have a full orchestra or a single instrument solo. The only thing I would change is to have all the songs be classical music, but the kids seem happy with pop goes the weasel mixed in! We gave it to two families, and the kids play with it consistently. Even the parents like to sneak it out of the kids rooms after bedtime to play orchestra conductor! Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Fun for all ages
Brilliant toy. Parents and two and three yo enjoy playing. 15 recognizable songs and the flashing lights are an awesome addition! We would like to add the name of each shape for child to learn the 13 different shapes and colors of the instrument. We highly recommend buying this for anyone who enjoys classical music! ... show more

  • You won’t be disappointed!
Love this toy so much!!! I was hesitant after reading some of the previous reviews about it being small and not worth the money. I totally disagree! My special needs daughter is nonverbal but has a passion for music. This has become one of her favorite toys. Love how you can switch in different instruments. Don’t wait it’s totally worth it!!! ... show more

  • Awesome
This is the best musical toy I have come across. It is amazing how it works. You get to explore all the different musical instruments and how they all come together. I have had grown adults mesmerized by it. They can’t stop playing with it. I highly recommend.

  • My 16 month old loves this toy
So looking at this toy I thought it may be way too old for my toddler I almost skipped over getting it. Low number of songs also had me questioning will we get the value out of it. But with my husband and I both being musical I decided to give it a try. While we are just a couple weeks into it my toddler understood what to do in just a couple short play sessions. Around 2 weeks in she is now trying to play instruments back in their proper slots. As far as the low number of songs, while I would like more it isn’t so bad as I thought it would be. The songs change fantastically as instruments move in and out so the main melody might not alway playing. How it can switch in and out as the instrument are changed works well. The transitions are well designed/programed. One thing to note I see some reviews where it is stuck in demo mode. Mine came that way to, which is kind of like many modern toys. Flip the power switch to off and turn it back on again takes this toy out of demo mode. ... show more

  • Stupid Demo button - annoying design
Look, I really like this toy. It’s really creative and interesting in all the best ways. Here’s the thing. My just-turned-three year old will probably eventually play with this toy properly, but right now, he just wants to hit the buttons. This is fine normally as buttons are part of many games; the play button, stop button, and tempo/volume controls all contribute to aspects of learning in this game. The demo button is completely unnecessary and ruins the point of the “game” of adding and subtracting instruments. In this context, the demo button just plays the tune with all the instruments. I press play, start to add instruments to teach him the concept of the game, toddler presses demo and the board lights up and all the instruments play and the melody is fully realized, rinse, repeat. The demo button is stupid and pointless and a terrible design feature. Otherwise, it’s a super cool toy, and I’m gonna probably drink some wine and try to rewire the insides to inactivate the demo button one of these days. 4 stars for the toy. 2 stars for me and my patience with said toddler. 3-MONTH UPDATE: Didn’t try to rewire it; got busy and kid started to understand the game a bit more. Updating to 1 star though because the damn thing is broken. Well, almost broken. The freaking demo button still works, but the concept of adding and subtracting the instruments doesn’t function anymore. Don’t get this toy. ... show more
