Loved the fact that you don’t even know the product is in the room. We find the need to dust and clean the room is reduced. Customer service is good. They efficiently take care of any needs. Although we only have one, I’m considering buying one for our second floor.

This is a great filter. It’s VERY quiet. I can’t even tell it’s on! I love that it comes with a remote as well as a year warranty. The square footage that this machine covers is very impressive. I am happy with my purchase.

I bought this because the previous owner of my house was a heavy smoker. Work great. I have no way of measuring some of the claims, like the sanitizer function, but it does reduce the amount of dust and odors in the house.

This is my second (well technically, now my third) Azeus. I had tried other air filters, but for smell and efficiency, this air filter won out. It is relatively quiet especially on the lowest setting. And on the lowest setting, the lights on top go out. It is very sensitive to pollutants. I can see when the lights change if the air is challenged. I would rather have a choice as to whether I see the lights or not though. And on/off switch would be nice. i like keeping it on the second to lowest(the lowest being sleep) but the lights are on all the time at this setting. My second one (I gave the first one away) ended up having troubles. It would not switch modes and the light to see if the ionizer was on or off failed. I called customer service and spoke with Lyn. She had one here as soon as they could get it here. And though we communicated over chat, she still seemed very nice. She was very helpful. Their customer service is fantastic. They also had given me a free filter for registering it when I purchased it, and I remember Jun Yang was exceptionally nice. It is because the light on top wthout a way to turn it off, and that it did fail before teh year was out (though I'm glad it failed under warranty!) that I gave 4 stars instead of five. Also it created a sort of hum that took getting used to at the second lowest setting. That could be my hypersensitivity though. otherwise it is completely 5 star. All and all I highly recommend this air filter. It is very helpful with odors and air quality both. And is quiet at the lower settings. ... show more

    • Small uv light but air smells clean
I have lots of allergy issues and this is pretty awesome. The air smells noticeably better. My allergies are also noticeably better in the morning especially if I shut my door. Some things I'd like to be improved on are the uv light which is a little small. A uv light this size probably won't kill many pathogens in the air stream without probably 7+ passes and I expected a larger uv light for sure however it does sit right behind the filter so what it will for sure do is kill things inside the air purifier keeping it clean on the inside. Someone here left a review stating "bacteria will have to sit for hour under a uv light" which is simply not true. The larger lights I put in at 120 Vac in central air units kill most microbes in a single pass lasting a second. I have also burned my leg through clothing while installing one and one day was changing a bulb and looked directly at it for a few seconds and nearly had to go the hospital my eyes were burned so bad. All in all I would like to see this unit come with a spare filter or at least pre filters and either a larger more powerful uv light or maybe an ozone generator instead (which some people are allergic to so eh). However at what I paid for this I'm fairly happy and the air is noticeably cleaner and my allergies are noticeably better. Haven't woken up with 'concrete head' (sinus headache and swelling) since I got it so id say that's worth it. As a technician I could build something more powerful but it would cost me about $600 dollars and about 8 hours of my time. Cost effectiveness is about right even to someone like me that sells and installs indoor air quality products for entire homes. Oh yes customer support was also responsive but I would like a uv light indicator also or more clear info about it in the user manual as it is one of the reasons I chose this item. ... show more
