So, we ordered the exact size we needed. It took about two days to install, one for it to just be laid out and sit to remove some of the folds and the next day to install. My husband did it all by himself in one day. It came out fantastic. Yes, it does get a little hot after the sun has been on it, but the dogs love the heat. It is so easy to clean up the dog poo, and leaves and sticks. So far, we love the grass. It has been worth every penny.

I built a small potty pad on the side of the house near the doggie door using this. I’ll say, it definitely did the trick. The real challenge was trying to get the grass “blades” to stick up. There wasn’t a lot in the way of instruction but luckily there were plenty of videos on the internet.

I have purchased three turfs and very pleased with the product. I used it in a walkway where it is shady but if you expose this turf to sun it gets extremely hot to a dangerous level.

At 70 years of age I had enough of trying to have the perfect lawn. I had tried everything and nothing worked for me. I decided to try this product on a small portion on my lawn and it worked beautifully. I am now in the process of replacing my entire backyard with this product. I'm not really good at joining the pieces together and sometimes you can see the seam. On youtube they will show you how to install this product without showing any seams. I'm just glad that I have something on my lawn that is beautiful and does not require fertilizing, seeding, watering, or cutting. Give it a try I think you'll like it.
