Low quality kit, but screen works.

Works, not much i can say. For something so cheap I am not concerned about screen quality, but doesn’t seem bad. Beware of the waterproof adhesive, it doesn’t seem to do too much. I’d HIGHLY recommend using your own screwdriver kit for the mini sized screws, the big Y000 screwdriver was fine for me but i still preferred my own. Using the low quality screwdrivers seemed risky since it didn’t grip anything and seemed like it would strip my screws. Otherwise, it works. Not much i can say bezels are slightly thinner, it looks fine and is bright. Fit easily and popped right in. The fit on the screen protector didn’t fully cover everything and sucks honestly, but for now it’ll be a good protectant. One other note is that the pick was very low quality the adhesive + screen blasted straight through it and my pick basically deteriorated throughout the repair. It was fine, i used the more thicker stick (unsure of the name) but be sure to be careful of how far you push the bigger one under the screen.

Replaced my iPhone Mini 12 battery with a new larger capacity one. In the process either I broke the connection cable or it was brittle with age and snapped. This screen came in clutch but beware the hazards and trials of moving your camera over to it. Not quite as simple as you may think. YouTube is vital for instruction. Works great. Fits fine. 4 stars because iOS will notify you it isn't OEM and once in a while it will continually type a letter unprovoked, although it has only happened twice and was a random key. It is 100% possible it was from my installation. For the price it is fabulous. *** 11/17/25 *** Thought the misbehavior issue was iOS 26 causing issues but read below. Jan 1, 2026 Downgraded to 1 star. I had constant text entry issues, odd characters would just streak across the entry like a stuck key repeating. But not characters I had typed. The unexpected scrolling to top of the page and unresponsiveness was infuriating. Almost every time I wanted to use the phone, I would have to manually lock the screen and unlock it to reset input. Lag was insane. Visual screen bleed has occurred also causing a blurry spot in the center. Do not waste your time with this item. I did a-lot of work only to be completely let down. This is unusable. After using this screen for a few months, the constant misbehavior of the screen caused me to switch back to my backup iPhone Mini 12. Same software version. Cloned setup. All problems are gone.

Great screen for the price.

Great replacement screen for the money. Face ID still works. Use rubbing alcohol and a plastic scraper to remove the little sensor glued to the old screen. Installation was a breeze. Hardest part was attempting to remove the factory adhesive from my phone. The little black cover is a little different from factory adhesive but this one is actually cooler. You can see the video behind it unlike the factory screen. The color seems great. I’ve saw the auto brightness do its thing so that still works. I will say it’s definitely not as bright as the factory screen. But I never kept my screen very bright anyways so that don’t bother me. Other than that. For a crisp shiny new screen for bottom dollar. This one had better reviews than other brands. So I went with this one. And it didn’t disappoint.

I usually don’t leave reviews but as a phone flipper buying phone screens can be frustrating especially when making a decision between oled & lcd , I can say this one is the perfect price , 0 defects , my phone works properly, no overheating , no crashing , I highly recommend it , only thing I don’t like is thick edge on the bottom but all LCDs have it so this is the best one you’re going to get for your dollar

Worked Well While It Lasted

My sons and I enjoy taking on DIY projects, and one skill my son has learned is how to repair his own devices. As a parent, I was excited because it helped save money and gave him valuable hands-on experience. We purchased this replacement screen in February 2026 and were able to install it without any major issues. Once installed, the screen worked well and looked good. The display was clear, and we were happy with it initially. Unfortunately, by March 2026 the screen had cracked and needed to be replaced again. I'm not entirely sure how it got cracked, so I can't say whether it was due to the screen itself or simply everyday use. Because my son had already installed and used it, I didn't pursue a return and instead purchased another replacement screen. While it was working, it performed as expected. My recommendation would be to use a sturdy phone case and screen protector to provide extra protection, especially for younger users or anyone who is hard on their devices. Overall, the screen worked well during the time it was installed, but our particular replacement only lasted about a month before needing to be replaced again.

Cheapest iPhone repair part ever, and it works!

One night, my 13 Pro's screen flashed bright white, then went black, then flashed some white lines and then went totally black. The phone was still on and would ring, talk to my Apple watch, and the buttons still functioned. So... I went ahead and bought a new iPhone, but wanted to see if I could fix the 13 Pro. For under $20, I was willing to give this Ayake for iPhone 13 Pro Screen Replacement a try. I'm no noob when it come to getting inside iPhones so I wasn't scared of trying to replace the screen. There are several tutorials online showing step-by-step how to do it. Within maybe 20 minutes, I was able to replace my dead screen with the Ayake and I was pleasantly surprised when I powered the iPhone on and saw the Apple logo. The screen functions fine. The digitizer recognized all my tap gestures and (after swapping the front-facing camera and sensors over) Face ID worked as it should. The picture is clear and bright though I can't compare it to the old screen. iOS warns that the screen is not a genuine Apple part, but for $20, I can live with it. True tone even works with it. The ONLY complaint I have is that the actual display area is noticeably smaller than the original. There are wider areas of black around the sides and an area at the bottom that is much wider than it should be. Again though, for $20 I wasn't expecting a miracle part. The kit came with tools to open up the iPhone and included the adhesive seal to reattach the screen to the phone so I didn't need to hunt for and buy any extra parts. For the price, I am quite happy with this Ayake for iPhone 13 Pro Screen Replacement.

Cautious of safety hazard

I have a iPhone 14 Pro and just bought this screen as temporary replacement until next month when I get a new phone. For the value of money that I bought for this screen I know it wouldn’t be very good, but I’m worried of the safety issues. So after I replace the screen my iPhone was already heated up which is very worrying. My phone is on low battery at 2% I charged the phone for like 4-5 minutes to 10% the phone is heated up and the screen is showing high temperature warning. I have to put the phone in front of the air conditioner to let the temperature cool down. Now whenever I charge my phone I need to supervise it so it doesn’t caught on fire or any other safety hazard. I mean this is just temporary for me to use around two weeks so it’s fine with me, but if you are using it for a long term time please don’t buy it.
