Step up to the plate with this bat and you’re sure to get noticed with the slick, eye catching graphics and unique build. The signature axe handle feels different than a traditional rounded knob and may take some getting used to. Due to its asymmetrical nature, it seems to limit hitting the ball strictly to one side of the barrel (unless you choke up), which is odd in my old-school mind. I’ll trust the process as they say and assume the barrel is designed for this concentrated abuse. We haven’t put this bat fully through its paces yet since it’s the middle of winter, but out of the box the weight and length feels like a winner.

Bat telescoped in less than a year and they would not even reply about a replacement. For the price it definitely isn't worth it. The bat got used less that 10 times.

My son plays in both in USA and USSSA teams. For his USA team this year we went with the AXE 3 because he liked the color way of the avenge pro 3 and the feel of the Axe style bat. Overall the pop so far is nice and is comparable to some of his USSSA bats. The only downside to this bat is that it is smaller than his usual 2 3/4 barrel bats but it does feel extremely light and good in the hands, i.e. not top heavy so he swings at a better swing path than his 30x20 2-3/4 bats. Overall glad we have this in are arsenal this year and will update review if there are any durability issues.

This is a very popular bat with our local little leaguers. The Axe Avenge Pro 3 is a composite bat that is well made--and is a USA official bat. It has a large, but lightweight barrel for young players. My grandson ordered the 31" bat to use on his 12-13 year old team. There are a lot more descriptive details for this bat but suffice it to say, the Axe bat will get a lot of use--from the whole team. The only negative is its price; but then, most popular brand bats are in the same price range.
