Assembly was a little more time consuming than I would have liked. With other brands, the caps easily click onto the wire, but this requires a mallet which was provided, albeit very small and flimsy. I purchased this cube storage as a way to organize my yarn. The assembly of it was extremely easy and I love the fact that you can change the shape of it to your liking. I have already reconfigured it twice as my collection is growing. The caddy itself is sturdy, but I would not recommend using it to store heavy items. This is a nice cube unit that comes with plastic wire ties to bind it and raised bottom connectors that lift the unit off the floor a bit. The major caveat, which is completely my fault, is that I did not read the description carefully. I wanted to place this next to an existing unit I already have; however, the cubes are significantly smaller than the other unit I have. These work for so many purposes. I bought and used them to build a fence to stop my dogs from going into a certain room of my house. They never fell apart for me and worked perfect for the occasion. Now I have built cubes out of them for storage and they are just as sturdy and useful.

This worked great in my sons room for his scented stuffed animals and scented stuffed animal clips. You can clip or hang things from the sides or tops as well as use the shelf. Could even work to hold there books or other toys. The medium to small cloth bins could also work in the shelf.
