Cute, sexy, comfortable, what more could you want? I am 5'4" 150# and ordered a medium. I am all dump truck and no front load if that makes a difference. The cups are flattering even though I do not own an ounce of titty to my name. The nighgown is slimming, cute, and very comfortable. I sleep very easily in it and do not feel like it is too frail to go though the wash. I love the adjustable straps, and found that I was able to adjust them to ensure that the cups did not look weird or awkward on my chest.
