    • Air release lines show up in the finish
This stuff isn't necessarily terrible. It installs easy and is thin. On the roll the color is nice and everything. But what i couldn't forgive is if you apply any real pressure or heat you'll see the air release channels in the film up close. And theirs is a grid pattern. It's almost like the older original carbon fiber on racecars that was painted and you could see the weave through the paint. If you don't care about that, it's totally fine. But for me it was extremely noticeable. Order a small amount and test it like i did to see if it's right for you. I bought these to protect the gloss black acrylic pillars on my ‘21 Sierra. I see those things swirled up on every vehicle that has them. So I installed these to protect the look.
