I really like the net it’s perfect. I can’t give it 5 starts cause it didn’t come with a magnetic holder. I specifically picked one that is supposed to have the magnet. Other reviews state the same thing, that part is missing.

Wanted a new net like this and have been watching for a long time at these but they were $100.00 + and at my age I settled keeping my custom made wooden net. So I decided to treat myself to this one and I like it . I have made some modifications to it for quick and easy way to net fish.     • OK net for an OK price. Missing the attachment portion. Good value IF and only IF it's durable.

Size of net is good with decent depth and functionality. Durability is TBD but it's not a folding type of net so it should hold up OK. The thread that holds it all together doesn't appear to be very durable, but we'll see how it goes. Make sure yours has the magnet when it arrives because that is certainly an issue. Pros:great value! Super light. Floats nicely. Mesh is sturdy silicone. The lanyard has a nice magnetic clasp. Cons: The finish isn’t great-The mesh isn’t very clean, and the hole in the handle for attaching the lanyard looks unfinished. I intend to replace the lanyards since they are a little cheap, and have steel parts that stick to the magnetic clasp, which can be annoying. Warning, be careful which direction you are pulling the net to disconnect the magnetic clasp. I had it recoil and hit me in the chin. Fortunately it didn’t bleed enough to attract sharks. ... show more
