The media could not be loaded. Very unsure of this product. After constructing it I have some conerns. First concern is the fact that it came without a carabiner to attach the swing harness to the frame, which you would never notice while following the instructions because this part isnt listed as "included" but is very much necessary in the last step of construction. Even after taking apart the enclosed spring apparatus, and double checking the box and all inclusives I could not locate it. This bouncing mechanism's frame is also so massive that I do not recommend it for anyone. This design is overkill for something as simple as bouncing. I should also note that while writing this review it took several rewordings for amazon to not positively review aspects of this product via their AI. I don't feel comfortable putting my child in this product without the missing part and even less so after now reading reviews of the product falling apart. Also the advertised picture doesnt have the hanging strap wrapped around more than once, which goes against the instructions included. Very concerning.

My wife purchased this for our grand baby’s first Christmas. She added Baby Swing for an additional $69. Our grandbaby is 7 months old and enjoys being in the bouncer, however getting them in and out is no joke and is best accomplished with 2 people. I’m not sure how many months they’ll be able to use it since they have long legs and I worry that the bigger they get the sturdiness will be compromised. The swing attachment is not great. The seat is quite large and even though the baby is sitting up on their own, the seat has no structure which causes them to slump to one side and when you push the swing, the slump causes the swing to be unbalanced. There are also complicated adjustments but trying to get it adjusted causes a happy baby to become very cranky. Avenlur website states a 30 day return window and you pay for return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee. I’d honestly buy a different bouncer and swing since as others have mentioned, this one takes up a lot of space, is difficult to get baby in/out and the return policy is not great.

My grandson likes it, but my daughter and son-in-law haven’t found a way to shorten the part that connects the seat to the frame so it’s not going to last him long. Made for shorter babies.

At first I wasn’t sure my 4-month old could go on the swing, but after asking my doctor and supervising that her neck was doing ok we let her on it for a few minutes at a time. She loves it! Bounces all the time ! Great customer service as well! Above and beyond!
