There is nothing to dislike about this product. The packaging is great. The variety of tools seems to cover all potential needs (maybe there are some that I haven't experienced or imagined ... so don't shoot me if you find something missing). On top of this the value is just wonderful. I bought this set for two particular tools for a current project and within days I started other projects that I put off (since I didn't have the tools and patience to even begin them). At this point, I'm three days into ownership of the tool set. I've used 9 of the tools on three additional projects. I can't rate the "durability" five stars (since I haven't had the set very long) but I believe it will last a very long time based on the work they've helped me do so far. ... show more

Other reviews comment on the plastic pieces but they are sturdy and don't scratch up paint and other interior plastic. I am still learning which to use for the appropriate application, but they have been helpful in pulling out trim without damaging rivets or surrounding pieces.
