  • Excellent Value and Quality
I let my riding lawnmower sit up too long without cranking it so the carburetor got all gummed up and the rebuild kit actually cost more that this new carburetor !!! It was a simple swap and my lawnmower instantly fired up and now runs smoother than it has in years. Don't go through the hassle and headache of rebuilding your old carburetor. Get this one and you can do a simple replacement and have your lawnmower back running great in an hour or two. This was a life saver for me. I highly recommend this product. ... show more

  • Just like OEM
Carb was leaking at the bowl, tried to fix, ended up replacing it with this and it works great. Typical install and connections, with basic tools, and a little mechanical knowledge. Carb needed an adjustment after install to fine tune, but had the adjustment screws to do it. Plenty of vids online to help with install. ... show more

  • Great product
The media could not be loaded. I replaced the carburetor on my Troy Bilt Bronco riding mower that has the Kohler Cougar 17hp engine. SV-530 is the engines model number. The engine was surging in any rpm. The rpm would also get stuck on high even when pulling the throttle down. This carburetor fixed these problem’s right away. The engine sound’s great now and I could not be happier for $13. ... show more

  • Fit My Ancient Yardman Mower
Mower is almost 20 years old and still running...but the carburetor locked up. This one was the right size and is working fine. As expected

  • FITS KOHLER CV13 IN JOHN DEERE LT133
This carburetor is an exact replacement for my LT133 with one exception. The OEM carburetor did not have an anti backfire solenoid so I had to locate a wire on the ignition switch that is hot only when the switch is in the start and run positions and tap into it to feed positive to the solenoid. Other than needing that minor alteration, the carburetor works perfectly and required no adjustments of any kind. ... show more

  • Defective
Tried two of these, both of them leaked fuel from intake while engine was not running.

  • Mostly Plug and Play, with a few quirks
Replaced a carburetor that ran well but leaked extra fuel into the engine while off and made it run rich while it was running. This carburetor is much better since it does not do that. However I have had 2 issues with the product. 1.) The engine surges when not under load (blades engaged). Seems to be reaching it's governed speed. It may not be the carburetor's fault. I may have accidentally bent a linkage rod or I may need to do an idle mixture adjustment which there is a screw for. I just haven't bothered with it yet because it runs so perfectly under load. 2.) One day the rubber tip on the fuel shutoff solenoid in the bottom of the fuel bowl came off and blocked the jet, so the mower stopped running. I corrected this by using an older walbro fuel bowl from the pre-solenoid days. But if you do that remember to have a manual shutoff valve in the fuel line to take the place of the shutoff solenoid. ... show more
