I coded the X5 for a LED switch so I didn’t see if it would have thrown a code with it on the halogen setting. They fit just as the OEM did and they are plenty bright. They seem to work great for my 2018 BMW X5

The media could not be loaded. I know it sounds strange but believe me this car is 18 years old. I added a set of these bulbs for low and high beam and i feel like I'm driving a modern luxury car. I can see everything with just my low beams clearly and far away.

    • These bulbs are NOT IP67 waterproof, NOT waterproof at all
These bulbs made with 2 peace aluminum halves that held together with just 3 small screws. And inside is the Electronic circuit board. There is no seal or gasket between 2 peace aluminum halves that will prevent water going inside and damaging the circuit board. How they can claim that these bulbs are IP67 waterproof. They are NOT. As soon car goes in to pot whole water will damage the circuit board… I'm really surprised that this product has so many good reviews. I guess they didn't see rain yet...Returning the item...what a waste of time! ... show more
