Picking the level that works for you and does seem to be gentle but gets the job done. Some go too far and get painful. On the plunging action, you get the up and down motion plus it is rotating and again, you have 7 patterns to choose from. The vibration just adds to the sensation with you can guess, 7 patterns to chose from. It is also easy to cleans unlike similar toys I have had.

This is a fun item. My husband enjoyed it solo and we also had fun playing with it together. It is easy to charge and quickly fully charges. He frequently travels for work so I bought him this as a gift to enjoy while away from home. He loved it. Safe for using in the shower, which he tried. He found it accommodating even with his above average size. We had a great time trying it out together at home, too. 4.8 stars review, why? Not deserving of a 4.8 stars! It dies quickly. I charged it for almost 24 hrs and it died in 30 mins of use. The modes are all the same, don't feel any difference, it has a tongue but it is so small can't feel it at all. waste of money, so disappointing, DONT BUY!!
