Everything about this unit looks as if it works, and very well. 5 months ago my son was injured in a truly awful vehicle accident. He will never be able to live on his own, and I am a senior in my 70's. Sadly, his wife and child are no longer with us, but he remains a man with all the natural desires intact. I purchased this unit for him hoping it would lower his anger. It surprisingly only increased mine. The unit worked once, and refused to charge. Now, it will not work. I wrote asking if it needed new batteries, or what? I have never received a response, as.I would like to replace it, if needed. It appears they are not interested in their customers. This is a great product of it's type at the price point. More expensive devices tend to be overly complex, have poor battery life, make tons of racket, etc. Not here. It's also very easy to clean. It has a removable sleeve that pops out, washes out in about 30 seconds and that's it. Done. I do this with warm water and a gentle dish soap. For this price you can't do much better, really. Or even at a higher price. The battery life is more than significant and charges quickly - in about 15-20 minutes while going for over 60. It looks a bit like a large thermos and will fit pretty handily in most bedside drawers. If you're in the market for something like this... Get this one. No joke. It's worth the cost and double that.

It was fun while it lasted... which is just a single month. It broke after just a month! 0/10 You can see in the picture that the plastic clamps that hold the rotating part broke - the white parts are the cracks, so while it looks whole, it does not work and would break fully if used again. This part holds the sleeve and requires being removed and inserted after every use to comfortably retrieve and clean the sleeve. That must have worn it out - and no, I wasn't rough while handling it. If not for that, I would generally give it like a 7.5/10, I was happy with the purchase until it broke.
