It lasts more than a few months (3-4 on average) using daily. I’ve just purchased my third one. I’ve tried many of the better rated products and have been really disappointed with all of them so far. It’s the best battery life I’ve found. About an hour and a half, though over time it gets shorter. And it charges up pretty fast, within 2 hours. (Currently sitting here waiting for a different one I bought to take 3 hours for 40 mins of charge, and wishing I’d just gone ahead and bought this one again in the first place.) It’s good for above average size compared to others I’ve tried. If you are on the smaller size, the “action” is going to be happening outside your reach. Yeah. It slows a little when I’m fully inserted, but doesn’t stall like other models for smaller guys. It’s loud but no louder than any of the others. You’ll be tempted to pull the covers over it, which helps a lot with the noise, but then it over heats and the battery dies faster. Door closed and some white noise should be fine, but it’s not like super discreet if you live in close quarters. Eventually it breaks down and you’ll need another one. But you can’t beat the price even if it only lasts a few months. Most importantly, if you are like me, you’ll buy it. Like it. Try others. Hate them. And then return to buy this product again. Worth it. They should have a program where after you buy 2, you get the 3rd one for free, but it’s 30 bucks. Can’t really beat that. It will eventually break, but you’ll get a lot of use out of it first.

Update: after using this for a few weeks, the battery discharges very quickly. Even when not using it, the battery will discharge over a day or so. It makes difficult to use if you just don't just leave it charging all the time. That ruins the fun and spontaneity of this toy. So far, the product has been enjoyable to use. The device has 5 thrust settings and vibration settings. The thrust and vibration settings can be used together, so you can mix and match as you'd like. You can run the device for around 45 minutes on a full charge. The device is soft, does its job, and has a decent amount of room to expand length-wise. The functions are easy to use and cycle through, and all of this can quickly be done one-handed. The device is relatively easy to clean, but freeing the sleeve is a bit of a hassle. I also found the device to be surprisingly large, and I had planned to take this with me when I traveled; however, I will need to rethink that plan.

I am a little on the larger side so the grip of the mechanism inside can end being a little painful and a tight fit so make sure you're ready to use it. The pistoning power is great however and really gets the job done. Cleaning is as easy as popping off the little plastic cover and detaching the sleeve at the top. I will say it is not very discreet, the device is large and makes quite some noise.

There was some confusion with the setup when I first got it so I thought it was malfunctioning but it was my own idiocy that failed to set it up right. The narrow part has to go into the collar. If it doesn't, it'll experience too much strain on the mechanism and it'll default to 1 basic thrusting pattern. Apart from that, here are some quick opinions. 1. It's quite a unique experience to combine vibration with thrusting. Definitely less intense than ones in the market that offer the "cyclone" that just overstimulates the hell out of you. I much prefer this over any of those blender ones. 2. The motor does feel a little weak but gets the job done. It is able to cycle through the patterns well and provide consistent output until the battery gets weak (takes about 30 mins of consistent use with both vibration and thrust) 3. Thought the green was different but I much prefer it in black. It isn't by any means bad, just a personal preference. 4. Super easy to clean which I love. It's a small flexible sleeve that pops right out. Cleans well with warm water and neutral soap.
