I am really happy with these flares, they fit perfect and were easy to install. Had a little rust starting on the rear fender wells like all Dodge Ram 1500's do, sanded it off, put some rust inhibitor on the spots then some primer sealer and installed the flares on all four fenders. They completely covered the primer spots and made the truck look like new again and look like they were factory installed. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking to improve the looks of their truck and at a real decent price!

they don't fit my truck. I have a 1999 chevy suburban, the old frame style because the 1999 switched to the new frame style before the 2000 came out and the chevy silverado and suburban that year had the same body and frame style. the old frame is typically the same as the gmc truck body, but clearly not the case here. They did have the same screw bolt holes so they were able to be put on with no issue. however the flairs do not hug the body of my truck any where. there is a gap about 2 fingers wide around the top part which means water and up north minnesota snow will get in and cause more rust which is what I just treated my truck for and bought these to protect against future rusting. all the body groves in the fender flairs do not line up with my truck body, and the under side of the flairs extend about 5 inches below my truck so when driving at higher speeds over 40mph it sounds like i'm driving a plain ready for take off. I have messaged the seller and they want my truck bed measurements and pictures. well here they are, a 1999 chevy suburban does not have a truck bed and clearly doesn't fit these fender flairs. I'm requesting a refund but not likely they will give it to me. obviously my mistake for thinking this would fit my truck like most gmc half tons. After going back and forth with the seller they offered a refund only if the product was in perfect new condition because they claim it was my fault for not reading the description details and bought the wrong parts so it was my fault and they will not refund me the 75$. However, as I stated the 1999 chevrolet silverado and the 1999 chevorlet suburban that year had the same body and frame so these parts would have fit my truck had they been properly labeled for the new style body. I hope this information helps anyone looking to buy these parts. they fit the 2000 chevrolet not the 1999 chevrolet as this was the year the body changed. and the seller either does not know this fact or desperately needs their75$ because they will only refund their parts if they are brand new. I would like to note that the box did not come with bolts or double sided tape to hold these against the vehicle. I had to use my old bolts and tried getting vehicle tape from menards hardware but due to the fact that these are made for a newer body the tape didn't help hold the parts on either. a huge headache and a waste of money.

Loooooks great and that’s why the five star…maybe a three on install. Front was a breeze, rear was a bear to line up holes, but two and a half hours later it’s complete you get a wide assortment of screws etc. S clips help where there are no holes on fender well

Size: 04-08 Ford F150 Lincoln Mark LT
Lets set some expectations. You are looking at the cheapest fender flares on Amazon. Most likely you have rust holes in your wheel arches and are too cheap to have them repaired by a professional body shop. There are better fender flares but you are cheap so here’s what you’ll need (I only installed the rear flares): 6x 6mm-1.00 “U-Nuts” per flare, 4x 6-1.00x16mm long flange bolts per flare, 2x 6-1.00x30mm long flange bolts per flare, sharpie, center punch, drill/bits, *heat gun*. 10mm & 8mm (or whatever size fits the bolts you bought) sockets and ratchet, a clamp to hold the top of the flare in place (I used fuel line clamping pliers, needle nose vice grips with rubber hose over the jaws also works as would a C-Clamp). For the rear flares, undo the 10mm bolt at the bottom front and back of the fender arch. Replace the u-nuts on the support rods, and use the 30mm long bolts to roughly hold the flare in place. You will have to flex it to come close to “fitting”. Use a clamp at the top of the fender arch to twist the flare mostly in place. Now take your heat gun on the high setting and heat the smooth, underside of the flare, back and forth for about 10 minutes. The flare should now mostly fit flush agains the bedside. Mark, punch and drill the four holes in the fender lip. Attach the U-Nuts and loosely attach with the 6-1.00x16mm bolts. You may need to use pliers to bend the lip of the fender if it has been really jacked up from rust. Use the heat gun again to fine tune the fitment of the flare. Now you can remove the flare and the sticky tape backing and reattach for the last time. This kit comes with Christmas tree type push pins but you still need to drill the fender lip. I don’t have much faith in those clips holding especially since the flares don’t fit well out of the box. I went with the 6mm fasteners because that’s what my hardware store had. You could probably use self tapping screws with a washer if you are ghetto like that. Also, If you are installing these flares during the summer you might be angle to do without the heat gun if you loosely attach the flares and let them sit out in the sun for a couple hours to conform to the fender. Overall, they look great for the money. Each flare probably takes about an .5-1hr to install because you need to mess with the heat gun to get them to lay flat but if you have more time than money these flares are a great option.

Item was at a great price and it arrived quickly packaging was great only issue or complaint is it's not quite perfect on the fit there's definitely a gap or two in various spots I've installed these before on other vehicles and I've had no issues or problems it's still improved the looks of the vehicle but with the lower price point best I can say is you get what you pay for spend a little extra money and will probably get a better fit

Needed to cover up the notorious Chevy wheel well rust. These flares look close enough to OE color and texture, I left them unpainted. The fasteners were brittle and several broke but cold weather was most likely the reason. 100% love how they look and at only $60.00 or so, there is not much to lose. Fit was pretty close and I am overall very satisfied with my purchase. I would not label them as high quality top shelf product but at the price point they are at - excellent for my needs. Beats the $300.00 for OEM.
