I noticed that it says frequently returned for poor fit. I ordered a small and it fits me as expected. It's meant to be loose and baggy and it fits me perfectly. This surprise me.It's Flowy but yet still helps conceal a little bit of my arms.I've lost over 200 lbs , and I have a lot of excess skin in my arms but this helped tighten it a little.
