This is a sturdily made product and I like it overall. I do think I should mention that the instructions say not to use it if you've had an ear infection recently or any ear discharge in the past two years. The instructions also say not to use on children under 15. My family needs this for wax buildup and it does help.

Not sure 🤔 why I had to edit my review with pictures but now it will be short. It works by softening the wax in your ear. This way you’re able to remove it easier. You get 3 packets of solution for your ear and 8 silicone tips.

I have previously used ear wax removal drops along with a spray bottle with a removed nozzle. That hurt at times and I was always afraid of using that on the kids. Trying this on myself, it was much gentler even at the highest pressure setting. I like that I can set the pressure setting and it is consistent. I feel that this works pretty well and I would feel safe using this on my kids.
