I bought this for work. When I put it on the sleeves are tight by my wrists but loose around my stomach & sides. It is also a bit thin & sheer. You can definitely use it for hiking/working out but I layer it with a sweater or jacket for work.

Got it for cheap, so not worth time & effort to return but came with a large hole in the armpit. Other than that, length is good on the body and arms. The arm cuff are not very stretchy so pushing them up to elbows is constricting. Material is so-so. Color is true.

I don't want to see I was looking for the cheapest read technical fabric shirt I could find. I was using this for running costume. I didn't expect to where ever again therefore I didn't want to pay that much. I knew getting something that was cheaper wasn't that good but even for what I paid the quality was subpar. I've bought technical shirts for much less in other places that were much better quality. First of all this is a man's shirt and I'm a woman if I wear an extra large in men's it's always that yummy that's why wanted such a large size it was tight but yet the sleeves were too long. I washed it and ran in the gene test it out before I made any more alterations to the shirt I decided to throw it away. It was just uncomfortable it didn't feel good on the body and it felt a little scratchy especially in the scenario sleeves were too long.
