Update 5/24/2025: Don't buy this laser, or any Aufero products. They are very poorly made, don't last and some parts can't be replaced. You can buy a new laser for the price of the laser head since the lense can't be replaced. I do not recommend buying this or any other laser from Aufero or Ortur (the head company.) Anyone that puts out a product so poorly made doesn't need my business, or anyone else's business either. I hope this helps prevent anyone elas from wasting money with them. Update 8/19/2024: I finally received the needed part, but it took almost a month. Before retirement I would order parts from China and have them in 1 - 2 days. I don’t understand why it takes about 30 days to receive a part for an in warranty repair that I had to perform myself. Not very good warranty service, in my opinion. Update 7/24/2024: The laser stopped working around 7/08/2024. Okay, things happen.... I reached out to their support and it seemed to go well. We did some troubleshooting and determined that the motherboard was bad. They said they would send one out and I thought this was a good resolution. However it has now been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting on the part. Even the tacking they sent has not been updated since 7/18. This is not the support I expected from Aufero/Ortur. Given what has transpired I CAN NOT RECOMMEND anything from this company. Support after the sale is more important than the sale! Warranty is no good if you do not have the support to go with it. I would not mind doing the repair if they would just get me the part to repair it with. It works great on anodized aluminum, faux leather, painted cups and plywood etching. When it does work!

Picture is of my first trial run on a piece of wood provided. It was so easy to use. I just set it up in the LaserGRBL platform and uploaded my picture. It was done perfectly in a few minutes. And let me stress I know nothing at all about laser cutting or engraving. Super impressed with this. Especially for the price.

So pleased with this laser engraver. This is my best purchase for 2024 and is highly recommended. Easy to use. Being first in the laser engraving, I am pleased with this product. It is highly recommended, especially if you are a beginner like me.

Was interested in laser engraving and felt this would be a less expensive way to get involved, and I got more for my money than I figured. I am still learning the unit, but overall I am very happy with it. I think for whatever your need is, this unit will not let you down.
