This machine is incredible and effective! It's handled every load I tossed at it with ease. It arrived in perfect condition and goes perfectly in the space I reserved for it, it is perfect for small living areas. After reading former reviews, I prepared ahead of time: got a steel braided hose to prevent leaks and it's working; no leaks. I bought a spare belt just in case (attached a photo of the belt in case anyone needs a reference). It's portable, but not light weight, is about 70lbs so you may need help bringing up/down stairs -> get a dolly. The spin cycle is wicked fast + the "tub air dry" mode does an excellent job at making clothes damp to accelerate the drying process (Euhomy 3.0). Clothes smell great! Tips for better washing and longevity: 1) Do not cover the center impellor, it needs to be visible because of its vortex action. 2) Do not overfill the machine. Only 2/3 of the way full. You want to see a little bit of the steel drum beneath the rim. 3) Use less soap. This machine is doesn't need a lot of water making it efficient. Because it's a bigger capacity, use 2-4 tablespoons of liquid soap or 3 tablespoons of powdered soap (dissolve in a cup of hot water before adding for best results). Thick soap subs can strain the drain pump and lowers the life span. 4) Clean long trap after every wash. You'll see it collects a lot of gunk in each load. 5) But agitator balls and maybe even some Washing Jax to help with the cleaning. I will be updating this review as the time goes on but rest assured, this machine is rock solid and I love it.

Pretty much a full size washing machine. It hooks right up to my washer inlet, tall enough to reach the washer drain. I have a Speed Queen washing machine that has a broken bolt due to a faulty bearing. There is NO WAY that I am not going to fix my SQ, so I needed something to get my by and yeah, this is really nice. Washes very well and quick. I am going to move it upstairs when my full size washer is fixed for quick washes. I love it! I did buy the 27lb capacity and it handles large blankets beautifully. Looking forward to having it on hand for emergencies.

Works well. Instructions on operation are a bit confusing. Otherwise, I'm extremely happy with this washer! I got the big one, and it can easily wash a normal load of clothes. Uses a lot of water, though.

I've only done two loads but I'm impressed so far, the washer is much nicer than I expected. It has a lot of programs to choose from. I have a walk in shower that is big enough to keep it off to the side. I use an outdoor rated extension cord and got a flat furniture cart and roll it in line with the showerhead to fill with water. I choose the wash cycle and when that is done it drains automatically, then I fill with water and run the rinse and spin cycle. It spins the clothes fairly dry. It was well packed with no damage during shipping. It holds a good amount of clothes being the 3.5 cu ft size. Hope it lasts a long time.

The media could not be loaded. This thing is a beast and disguise. I absolutely love this convenience. I bought this on a whim and so far it has proved to be a great choice. Single female and I use it once or twice a week. It's not going to do anything fancy like a full size washer or laundromat washer would do but it's better than hand washing or nothing at all. Think of it as when washing machines were first introduced and were basic. I love this thing and it dries the clothes so well on the spin cycle. The washer is incredibly light and simple to use.. If you are thinking about what to do or which one to buy, I spent months looking and then just made a wild decision to buy this one. Great choice! I can't recommend this enough! Make sure if you buy a furniture or appliance dolly for this it has locking wheels because the machine is so light it almost can't weigh itself down.

Don't buy! I would give zero stars of I could. This worked for a week then malfuncted. Now it won't drain. I had to manually drain a washer full of water. I figured out from the internet, how to gravity drain. I got a 5 gallon bucket and placed the hose in the bucket. Took 3 and half bucket fulls to drain all the water out.. I have gone through all the trouble shooting. The washer is level. The hose is not kinked. The drainage opening is lower than the top of the machine. Update: this washer will only drain if the hose is no higher than 15 inches off the floor. It cannot drain into a kitchen sink. I will have to buy some kind of adapter for my shower, as I have to drain this into my tub. For now I have to manually fill the water with my handheld shower head. I can return the product if I pay for shipping. Shipping cost just as much or more than the cost of the washer. Costly lesson learned. I will never buy expensive third-party items on Amazon again. Also, don't think you're going to buy this portable washer , and think you can hook it up to your existing washer connections. Unless you have a way to drain it into a floor drain. Another thing that could work is if you could connect it outside and it could just drain outside onto the ground or something. I live in an apartment so that doesn't work. Oh and you'll have to buy the dolly to roll it around too.

If you are like me and hate laundry mats, get this. Our small apartment doesnt have any hookups, but that wasnt about to stop me. I found this, and I LOVE it. I did change my bathroom sink faucet to fit the bit it came with. It washes everything beautifully. King duvet, king sheets, couch cushions, clothes, dog bed, rugs, ect. Absolutely love love love. Easy to hook up, and take down, easy to keep clean and smelling fresh. I got a jolly pad for under mine so I can roll it to the skin, drain it in the tub and roll it back to its spot. Highly reccomend.
