I am very happy with my purchase and have advised others wanting to do the same to purchase this as well. It's very easy to set up and easy to use. I'm having fun using it. The headphones did not come with this bundle so I purchased those separately. As far as I can tell the microphone sounds pretty good. Like I said I am a beginner so right now this is everything that I need and it's working perfectly for me.

I started out having issues with low input levels, and contacted support. They were pretty quick to respond, and I found that the instructions said to make sure all volume levers were at zero before connecting. So I disconnected and tried again. Not sure that was the fix or not, but whatever happened the issue is solved, and this thing sounds great. Not a thousand dollar microphone, but sounds great for the cost. This is the S-4 and not the S-1. Very good, and very happy.

I believe this is a great entry level audio interface, it includes everything that you need out of the box for a streaming/podcast setup or even great for a teacher like me to do online classes or record voice overs. First of all the setup is driverless (I tested it on windows 11 as well and it worked fine). The included cable is a USB-C which is a huge plus over Micro-B. Features: - It has hardware level control (knobs) over the microphone input and the music, as well as the ability to adjust LOW, MIDS and HIGHs. as well as the ability to adjust Echo (Reverb) on the fly. - As for the included effects (Opening/ Applause etc.) they're alright but I wish you could re-program them maybe through a software version down the line, but at least you get 4 extra buttons that you get to record whatever you want on them (could be an intro and an outro to a class or a podcast or whatever). - You get additional effects such as Pitch in which you can change your voice to a deeper sound or female voice. which are my favourite to mess around with in discord calls with friends. - a Denoise button which is really good if you record in a place with a constant distortion such as Air conditioners or a Fan. -PROs: 1- The kit pretty much comes with everything you want to start a streaming setup/podcast or record voiceovers. 2- you get hardware level control over Master Volume, microphones, music etc. with the addition of effects. 3- The microphone stand is really sturdy on the AU-AM200-S4, it comes with a shock mount which a big plus. 4- Runs on battery which means you can pretty much use it on the go if you plan on streaming off a mobile phone, or even do classes/meetings on the go. 5- The setup was easy and driverless. 6- bluetooth connection. -Cons: 1- The Microphone is good but not amazing, considering the price I can't complain as good microphones would cost as much as this entire thing. 2- The microphone input is not XLR, rather they give you an XLR to 3.5mm jack input which means you don't get (phantom power), In case you want to replace the microphone you should be looking for one that doesnt require phantom power. 3- I wish you had the ability to change some of the pre-programmed buttons. Conclusion: If you're someone who is just starting out and looking for an interface and a microphone, this setup is pretty much as easy as it gets with few extra quirks that are useful. Its an amazing starter kit that includes easy documents as well as hardware level controls and a microphone thats really decent, much better than any typical headset mics. I'd highly recommend it for someone looking to stream/record voice overs or even starting a podcast. It has digital levels where you can monitor how loud things are on the fly without relying on windows. the denoise button is also great.

My Husband is an Author and he has been trying to find something good to finish up and do over his audio books as he feels the sound quality was lacking. He got this machine for Christmas and has recently been spending a few nights working on them and he said this is going to cut the time it took by more than half. He said the sound quality is excellent! His first two self published books “The Star Runner” and “89” are out in paper back but Audio books are now a work in Progress. His 3rd book which is just being released by Paige publishing, “The Alternate” will be in stores very soon! So far he is very satisfied with this machine and he’s looking forward to getting more work done with it!!

I Purchased the MAONO Podcast Equipment Bundle (microphone + mixer), based on a YouTube video recommendation. The reviewer stated that it would work well with a Windows based personal computer via a connection with a Black Magic ATEM Mini video switcher and then could be used during Zoom or MS Teams video conference calls. I attempted to use with a ATEM Mini and also without it and in both cases the sound was terrible regardless of settings; which defeats the purpose of buying it. Additionally, since it took me so long to test a setting in Windows, Zoom, MS Teams, Maono and ATEM Mini, I ran past the Amazon return period and now I am stuck with it. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I am a complete newbie so it took me about a day to learn how everything worked. I am using a MacBook using GarageBand and I believe that I now have the hang of it. Everything sounds crisp and clear for me. There are some good YouTube videos that helped me.

Although I believe I received a used product when I purchased it new, It’s absolutely amazing. It is my first Audio casting device and I absolutely love it. But there is a defect in the one that I received. I’ve had it for three or four days now and twice it wouldn’t broadcast any sound so I’m returning it for a replacement. Other than that it has been a wonderful experience. I am a member of a social media platform and I’ve been able to directly play music into my social media app as if I was a DJ, the music sounds nice and crisp. Again this device is amazing.
