The media could not be loaded. Just arrived. Early! Yay! Carefully assembled. Does not turn on. Boo! The video says it all. I realize it is early in the troubleshooting process so I will update my review when it gets fixed. But I’m so not understanding how these scooters leave the factory without quality control. All someone had to do was try to turn it on. Boo! 7/6/23 new battery came today via UPS. Followed the instructions to change the battery via video. You’ll need 2 different sized Allen wrenches and a Phillips head to take off the two panels under the scooter. To remove the big old battery you need a wire to take off the old foam glue under it (you put the wire under the battery and drag it to take off the glue). You disconnect the battery and put in the new battery. Didn’t take much time because I took the scooter apart and removed the battery last night. I’d say in all, it took me about an hour. Being careful, finding the right tools, taking my time, watching the video a couple of times. If you’ve ever taken apart a computer, it is similar. The manufacturer explained that some units were shipped with non functioning batteries and they changed the battery supplier. And so it works! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ only 4 because it should work out of the box. Plus I had to do this on my time which took about an hour. ... show more

I have bought this e-bike for commute between office and home, it was convenient to reach office in short time whereas earlier I used wait for bus and go by walk after reaching bus stop near the office which had taken 1 hour just for 2 miles distance, again same thing while returning from office and also leg pain. After purchased this e-bike I am reaching in 5 minutes and no need to wait in the hot sun. I definitely prefer this for short distance travel wherever to go near by stores and also the smart app locking mechanism & number lock gives me confident to park when I am purchasing at store. ... show more

Update 2: Wow. I gotta say, I love this guy. The colors are bright at night, the paint finish is smooth, and the side blinker lights are awesome! I get great distance and speed on it, and it's small size and weight make it easier for little lady me to handle. However, be warned the screen and headlights are not bright at all. If there's no streetlights, don't go riding at night on this thing- I couldn't see past a few feet in front of me. The front display is also at a bit of an awkward angle and generally dim, which makes it impossible to see in the sunlight. This makes the blinkers much less practical, as the only indication they were turned on or off a little "beep" and I can't tell if they're currently on or off. Still, despite these minor flaws, it's an excellent scooter for the price point and the build quality is clearly high. It seems like a relatively new company, and they have been extremely supportive through all my problems. Def recommend. Update 1: I got a lemon scooter, but the seller was very kind and they are currently helping find a solution! Their email was previously having trouble so I'd recommend you message them through Amazon for support, but the team is incredibly kind and respectful. I haven't been able to actually ride the scooter yet, but from the lemon I received, it's an absolutely gorgeous scooter with a sleek finish and beautiful paint. It's at an amazing price point for the distance and speed it can achieve, and has a ton of little features (Included lock, turning lights etc) that really show the scooter was designed with a lot of experience with user comfort. I waited a few months before reviewing after some consistent trips with this scooter. The scooter really isn't for anyone around 200lbs as it has little to no speed on even the slightest hills. Although the battery stat meter has 5 bars, as soon as it hits "80% power (or 4 bars) the scooter has absolutely no power what so ever unless you are moving down completely on a hill. Overall this means it has about 2 mile range before having to be charged. I'm gravely concerned the other reviews are bots unless mine shipped with a mostly dead battery. The top speed downhill is about 10 miles per hour and about 5 miles per hour on flat land. It's a shame the power meter is deliberately lying on where it's actually at. This scooter may worth about 150 if I had to price it realistically. There is no website I have found for any company related to this scooter. Just some non responsive Instagram accounts. Save your money. The lights are pretty though, but the range, weight and speed listed is a total scam. ... show more
