    • Poor shipping, but a great product

Unlike others, I'm letting the value of my review (4-stars) reflect the product itself, and not the shipping. I can confirm that no care is taken with the shipping of these drawer pulls, 2 of 9 that I ordered had the glass broken out. Despite the fact that other reviewers claimed the same, I took the chance in hopes that Amazon (or Atlas Homewares) had seen that the packaging issues were taken care of, that is not the case. At least Amazon stands behind their shipping, and has already sent the replacements. The pulls themselves are great so far. They are on the hefty side when compared with many pulls out there, and that fits well with the design of our new kitchen. Despite one reviewer stating that the holes are not on a standard pattern, that is not the case. The product description reads they are 3", they are exactly 3". The materials seem to be of high quality and so far (fingers crossed) the adhesive holding the glass onto the pulls has not given out. I can understand being miffed when products you order arrive broken, but folks should not get caught up in letting packaging/shipping issues affect their product review. ... show more

Beautiful drawer handles! Exactly what i wanted for my remodeled spa bathroom. The green is more translucent and not as frosty looking as pictured--like the actual handles better.     • Glass Tiles Don't Stay
Color: Black
I ordered a cabinet pull and a knob from the same line. Both arrived broken. The glass tiles are not securely glued to the metal bases, so they simply fall off. I returned them both due to this defect. I don't want to spend my time re-gluing the glass tiles every time they fall off.

Check your measurements. These things are huge and would not replace a normal kitchen cabinet pull. Not a standard size. When placed on holes for old standard sized holders these bled over more than an inch onto the adjoining door so they are unusable. Unless you are placing on new cabinets where you drill the holes or using vertically beware. ... show more

These pulls are perfect for my remodeled bathroom. The green match the glass tiles on one of the walls. None of my pulls (or knobs) arrived broken. They are substantial is their weight. The pulls are 5.75" and are perfect on my almost 20in drawers. (double sink vanity). I love them!!

I purchased 10 of these cabinet pulls and about half of them had a tiny flaw. I returned 2 for replacements as the flaws were very noticeable. The replacements were sent out the same day and came in perfect. After installation, the imperfections in the pulls I did not return are not noticeable.
