Just received these ballet flats and first impression is very favorable. The color is a lively navy blue, not too dark and not too bright. The knit fabric looks like it will breathe and will be able to be damp clothed if I spill anything on it. The toe box is comfortable and the rubber soles are soft, flexible yet sturdy. I appreciate the extras set of insoles. The fit seems to be accurately sized (9.5) and as I have a somewhat narrow heal I’m pleased there is no slipping or gaping at the sides. I’ll break them in around the house over the next week and plan to wear them as casual “going out” shoes. If my opinions change I’ll update my review. These are wonderful but run small. I had to buy a whole size up from my usual to fit me (usually a 7.5, but 8.5 was the actual fitting pair), and wore them a bit to stretch them out before being able to put in extra insoles. They are comfortable and cute, and I would buy again!

Love these shoes!! I use to have a pair of Rothy's until I wore a hole in them. I currently can't afford another pair of Rothy's so I decided to give these a try. I think they are pretty similar. They are comfortable and to me, they are true to size. I'm a size 7 and I bought a 7. The only negative is there is not much support on the bottom of the shoe. I feel like I am walking barefoot. I don't remember that with my pair from Rothy's. I work at a hotel, so I stand a lot, and have not had any problems with the shoes yet. Debated returning because they are tight on toe width but hoping they will stretch out because overall they are comfy. Can wear with slacks, jeans or dress. The black ones will stain your foot if you dont wear footies. Picture is after a shower. But wont stop be from wearing them.

The pair of shoe are comfortable and looks great for my work outfit. I don’t have problem with that. It came in a nice box and each shoe has its own cover. Also, there is an extra pair of shoe insole. I start walking with it up and down the stairs, over my house with some pads to fill in the extra space. Although I was not in pain, my side/arch part (sole) of my feet starts to feel uncomfortable. If you have over pronation (which I have slightly) it is better to get a separate insole that will give you the support you need. I also have problem with the shoe size. I usually wear 5.5-6 on average. I ordered 6.5 after reading the reviews which helped a lot. I usually buy shoes in person but I need this one in a hurry and don’t have time for in person shopping. Yet, I received size 7 which is too long. I can fit a little less than two fingers in the flats with my feet in. I feel like, tripping every other steps because my feet slip off every time I lift my heel. Yet, I don’t have time to return so I will think about what I can do or give it away. - getting another insole, putting padded heel support, etc. BTW, size 6.5 is no longer an option on the item page. I would have ordered 6 if 6.5 was “never an option,” or don’t get it at all. But not 7. Summary: - I feel comfortable the second I put my feet in; but not enough support for my sole. - size too long/gave me the wrong size - looks good - rate 2.5⭐️ ... show more

I love the insoles. They're comfortable and washable. I like the flexability, color, and texture of the shoe. I purchased the classic black. I think they have a good value for their cost since it's a quality shoe but without breaking the bank. I didn't notice any arch support, although, I don't need arch support.
