I love this set! It’s perfect for my gym life! Barbell cover was super comfy on my shoulders for squatting and hips for kas bridges! Band was tight but helped with squats!

I'm on the fence about returning this. The belt is NOT for smaller waists (I'm a size 6). I feel like the leg band is not medium resistance. The "hip thrust pad" barely fits the bar at Planet Fitness and even then is still not as comfortable as the foam pads they have there (I only loaded the bar to 50 pounds). The ankle straps were the main reason for starting the search on Amazon, and honestly, after using them, I'm not so sure I need them for my workout because you have to have something to hold onto so you don't go flying. ... show more

I love these! The barbell pad is thicker on the ends and has a little softer foam in the neck area but still firm enough to pad it. The Velcro is VERY strong and holds the barbell in place. The ankle straps have a nice padding for your Achilles and work great. The lifting belt is large enough to fit around my waist with plenty left over and the Velcro holds strong! I love the pink!! Probably wont have to worry about guys walking off with it if you happen to forget any of it. Last but not least, if all fits nicely in the carrying bag ... show more
