I do shift work and was having trouble sleeping with the amount of daylight streaming through my south facing bedroom windows. These sheets did the trick! I didn't achieve complete blackout, but it's more dim at noon now than it was in the middle of the night with the street lights, so I'll take it. I wish that more Velcro adhesive was included. There was enough for 3, maybe 4 windows but if I want to do any more I'll need to buy my own. I also think that f the Velcro was a solid strip instead of small squares and circles, there would be a lot less light bleed around the edges. I'm still happy with it though, and am noticing a remarkable difference in the quality of my sleep
