Fit is a little large, room for thick socks. No arch support, but considering they are loose fitting, there is room for inserts. After walking for a bit, there is quite a bit of discomfort in the front of ankle where the boot should give for the foot to bend but it is too stiff. There is a zipper on inside and outside of boot, but I think outside zipper is mainly for decoration, I didn’t want to force it. Otherwise, very happy with the look and feel.

The boot runs large. I kept them and wear heavy socks. Reset of the zippers that are not to open. I a accidently unzipped and had to oil the zipper and struggle with it to zip. The boots are attractive, light and comfortable.

First the good- these boots seem to be a very nice quality. They look great! Unfortunately , I couldn’t wear them because they are way too big. I always wear size 8 in boots. After reading reviews, I decided to size down to 7.5 which is my normal shoe size. These boots are still probably a full size too big. I really like how they look and feel but honestly I don’t know that I want the hassle of ordering and sending back multiple times to finally get the correct size and I honestly feel like I would have to.
