I don't have the appropriate scale to weigh it, but to my hand it weighs at least 7 or 8 ounces-- a half pound. It is large and well bound, clearly intended for your desk reference more than a mobile carry-around planner. Personally I like all the space, the super-convenient tabs, and the feel of leather. If you are more of a laptop-on-the-go worker, you probably would prefer a lighter binding or smaller size. ... show more

I'm very particular about having a good datebook. I need something I can write in, which is why I prefer this to putting my schedule into my cellphone. There's plenty of space for all seven days of the week. At-a-Glance realizes that many people work weekends and gives a full space for Saturday and Sunday, unlike most datebooks. There's room in the back for notes, and it is sturdy. It has a hard cover that looks very professional. I especially like the two-sided heavy plastic holder in the back for loose notes or business cards, etc. Before each month is a monthly overview. It also comes in a smaller size. The ring binding is exceptional. I'd like tabs in the bottom right corner of each page to pull off, making it easier to get to the current week, but you can do that with a scissors. The months have tabs. And there's a 4-year list of holidays in the back, great for planning. I've used a LOT of datebooks, and this one is the best. I get a new one each year. ... show more
