  • Best value for 144hz/G-Sync/1ms response time
This was my first monitor over a 60hz refresh rate. Also my first monitor with freesync/gsync support. I love this monitor for the price value! You get a true 144hz freesync expirence even when using a Nvidia GPU like I am (rtx 2070 super). Using the displayport cable Nvidia control panel recognizes this display as G-Sync compatible. You just have to make sure to change the refresh rate to 144hz in the control panel. (natively it selects an option titled "1080p" make sure you change that selection to "1920x1080 and it will then let you change the refresh rate from 60 to 144!" That being said I can tell this was worth every penny with that 144hz/freesync expirence. The panels colors are not the best even after changing some of the settings to make it look better. In my book the 144hz refresh rate, g sync compatability, and 1ms response time makes it an even trade at the price I paid ($279.99). I could have got an ips panel style that's more updated, but it would have been an extra 300 dollars. Why do that when I already have an amazing TV I can play on that looks absolutely spectacular for those rpg/story games (which don't really benefit from 144hz nearly as much as first person shooter games) In my situation this monitor is perfect. If your looking for a monitor under 300 bucks packed with features that's more than likely only a tiny bit better looking color wise than your current monitor you've bought 4 or 5 years ago, this is it. ... show more

  • Good enough for casual gaming and affordable monitor
Style: 24" 144Hz
Excellent value with a couple of compromises. Black level is good, but my monitor shows a slightly grey gradient at the bottom edge. This may be due to my center channel speaker being placed directly beneath it. Totally adjustable tilt, slant, and rotation is ideal for desktop use with no glare and a very wide horizontal viewing angle. Easy to turn to portrait mode (for virtual pinball in my case) with no hassle. Blue light reduction features are great for night viewing and help with eye fatigue. 144hz refresh rate is excellent and noticeably better than 60fps. The cons are the factory settings. Without calibration and/or adjustment of the brightness/contrast settings, this looks cheap out of the box. A few minutes spent in some awkward menus though, and it looks superb. Includes a direct sRGB setting that works very well for graphics and Photoshop, but only with an HDMI cable and a bit of extra calibration. ... show more

  • Color could be better, but overall it's a fantastic monitor.
Style: 24" 144Hz
Pros: -Exceptional adjustment options. Makes it really easy to position exactly how I want to quickly and painlessly. The vertical slide adjustment is my favorite feature. -144hz is buttery smooth, I love it. -Very bright -Extremely easy to attach to stand, and the stand it very stable. -Multiple inputs so I can have my pc hooked up via DP and consoles via HDMI. Cons: -I had a really hard time getting the color/brightness/contrast settings to my liking. All of the preset options are too bright for my tastes, and it seems no matter what I do I can't get it quite to what I'm used to with the other monitors I've had over the years. Darks either look too dark or rather washed out. Though tbh as a plasma tv enthusiast I am a bit of a snob in this department. Conclusion: Unless you're reeeeeaaaaally picky about your color gamut and contrast, this monitor is a fantastic buy for its price point. ... show more

  • A fantastic desktop monitor
Style: 24" 144Hz
My friend recommended this monitor to me. I had recently gotten a new PC after having the same laptop since 2007 (you can imagine how excited I was!!). I have very limited space in my small room so having the swivel feature is great! I have it angled on a book shelf at the foot of my bed, next to a smaller monitor. Being able to raise and lower the screen and tilt it has been wonderful for if I am sitting in bed gaming or laying in bed watching streams or something. I got it on sale when it was around $200 and I had a gift card, so I took a chance and wow, did it pay off! I am hoping it goes on sale to $200 again someday so I can buy it again as my second monitor as well. Very pleased! ... show more

  • Pros and Cons, could be better
Style: 24" 144Hz
I like how easy it was to setup and that the audio cord came with it. I use it for gaming mostly and sometimes school work. I use a DVI to display my pc. The only cons here were the brightness I wish it could go down a lot lower than it does and sometimes the volume when turned up past 50-60 on the display, it makes a buzzing noise. It can be quite annoying but I keep it around 50 and use a headset if I need to hear louder than that. One last con is that if you turn on the display after turning it off of your pc still being on. It will show tv noise background until you switch from hdmi to dvi again. Pretty weird but I never turn it off, only when my pc turns off completely. UPDATE: I have now just realized that I have been falsely given a 60hz instead of a 144hz, but this is also my fault for not checking. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if I can receive help for this in hopes that I can get a 144hz. ... show more

  • Gets the jobs done
Style: 24" 144Hz
This is my first ever gaming monitor since I've been playing consoles on regular flat screens up until recently. I have my PC now and using this monitor is great for what it is. The 144Hz works as intended and the 1ms response really makes a difference if you pay attention. There's cool little features like a built in crosshairs for shooters and screen pre-sets to adjust how the picture looks. My only downfall is that adjusting the monitor's volume is a little out of the way as you have you have to navigate through the menu to adjust it. It's fine as you can adjust the volume of either your PC in whole or adjust the game's volume. ... show more

  • Beautiful monitor for computers but not consoles.
Style: 24" 144Hz
Beautiful display, great features like adjustable height, rotation of display, and mounting capabilities. The only reason I am returning it is because I got it for my Xbox One X, but it does not do Freesync over hdmi and I did not realize that beforehand. Freesync on this monitor is only through displayport, and I did not want to buy an active adapter because it seemed like it would not be true freesync at that point. ... show more
