Loved my 1st Rog Sheath PNK. I'll start with the cons, the few that exist, just to give you an idea of the "worst aspects" of the Rog Sheath. - Frayed at one edge after 1 year of extremely heavy, daily use (~8+ hours per day) - But the pad was still usuable, just had a slight "bubble" arch on the left side of the pad... meaning, it wasn't on the side that I actually used - Some of the"smoothness" fades out a lot after around 12 months of heavy, daily use (8+ hours per day) On to the positives, now. As an Immortal to Radiant player in VALORANT, I personally prefer the Rog Sheath over the other mousepads I've previously owned for 3 main reasons: - Faster (quicker = better flicks, larger range of movement) - Softer and smoother (less "hard"= more comfy) - Pink (pink = aesthetic) While it's definitely true that this is all down to your personal preference... I personally couldn't play well with the Zowie GR-SR, since it felt too "sticky" and felt as if it interfered with my aim quite a bit at times, and restricted my freedom of motion. Loved my QcK+ and QcK Heavy by comparison. However, while the SteelSeries QcK pads felt a lot "smoother" than a Zowie G-SR and weren't as "sticky"... they are definitely a bit outdated. They are very good pads, but they aren't exactly the "best" at anything in particular, other than being the longest lasting pad out there. Rog Sheath PNK by comparison is far smoother, lighter, sleeker, and has a much more ideal aesthetic if you like pink. The smoothness and lightness of this pad make it better, if you want to feel the most "free" when aiming. Nothing comes close to the crisp, silky smooth mouse movements that the ROG Sheath provides, in my experience. For me, the choice is a no-brainer, as the small drawback of needing to order another pad a bit faster than with a Steelseries QcK... is definitely far outweighed by the smooth, silky, and crisp movement facilitated by the ROG Sheath PNK. But again, at the end of the day, it's all up to you preference.

After regularly playing on PC for about 7 years this is actually the first time I got a mouse pad. I got this one because it looks nice And is smooth making it relatively easy to make small movements. Tbh I was only expecting this mouse pad to be half it's size. Idk if it's a good thing or not, but when I got mine I was surprised how large it is. It's more of a gameing table pad then a gameing mouse pad. I use a small desk but this is slightly larger then the whole table lol. So I just put my monitor,keyboard and suck on it and still have plenty of material for the mouse. Oh and I Don't think they mention this but the underside of the mat is a rubber y material so it doesn't slide around on your table The quality of this mouse pad is good And as for the friction I think its fairly low Tho this is the only pad I used. Until now I just put my mouse on the table I have which is a hard wood Compared to useing the table it's a little lakeing for making fine movements But I think a combination of this mat and ceramic mouse feet fine persision shots suldn't be a problem and the mouse does feel a more consistent with this mat.

I've only had it for a day but I love it. I picked this mat up because the one I was using before hand continuously slipped around on my desk. This definitely was a solution to that issue. I wouldn't say the mat is glued to the desk but its not going anywhere the "non-slip" feature is no joke its very useful. Build quality is definitely top end for a mouse pad the seamed edges are very low profile compared to some others I've used. This is great for those times you DO go too far you can still go off the side of the mat. Whereas other mats ive used this seam would dead stop my mouse which always really irritated me. The actual surface of the mat feels great under the mouse, VERY low friction for a cloth mat. It feels sturdy and appears to have an incredibly small and tight weave. The "rollable" feature is no joke either. it came rolled and when i laid it out my desk it was immediately flat with just a tiny hint of a curl at the edges that went away within minutes of my sliding my mouse around it for fun. Altogether im extremely pleased with this mat out of the box, but only time will tell. I am going to update the review in a few months and will re-asses my rating then. **Again this is an out of the box review, durability will be rated in a few months.
