Fast sipping, all was packaged well and everything was in tact. I did have to reach out to them for additional assistance past the return window and from that experience, these are people you want to do business with. They were fast, attentive, and human too. Could not be happier with my product and the people who made that product arrive straight to my hands. 11 outta 10 service truly.

So far it's amazing, I have it on a dock hooked up to my TV, key and mouse - and it's better than most my friends' PCs that they built! Ultra light, such a tiny (but perfectly large used as handheld) package for such a beautiful machine. Worth every cent

First things first, I’m not a bot!! I’m a real human, not a fake review and I will say this is legit. I looked up reviews on the company (too lazy to look at their name) but they are real. This truly is not a scam, trust me I was worried too. The console works perfectly, I love the ROG series and I bought this because my original Z1 extreme broke on me after two years (totally my fault). The only reason it’s not giving it a 5 star rating is because the shipping. I understand it’s not the company’s fault, but it was not an enjoyable process. I paid extra to get it delivers within 2 days, it came in 4 days. For some reason, this package was shipped and delivered by FedEx, FedEx sucks. I had to call FedEx to actually get my ROG delivered, I personally feel that I should not have to do that. So be wary of the shipping, but this company is legit, and hey if you have 1000 bucks to spend, why not. I only bought from this company because the Ally X is sold out everywhere all the time, and I’m not a big fan of waiting.

The one I got the screen just dies randomly every 1/2 an hour or so, I sent it back to ASUS they did nothing to fix it, sent it back to the seller, and it still wasn't fixed. Don't buy this one. Update, they did replace the system. Assuming there are no more issues I'm happy. Seller is great, went above and beyond to help me out. Update 2, same issue, not sure if it's the seller or the product, but wouldn't recommend.

Excellent - beats expectations - suggest buying it with a separate controller.

Supposedly if Walmart had it I would have been playing about a hundred and fifty dollars less minus shipping. It really is about equivalence of a mid-range PC and if you didn't want to go for the portable aspect you could probably get AT&t that is equal to value of it for about $300. The buttons kind of sucked and they are a nightmare to try to rematch if you're used to the Nintendo switch setup you're out of work because the settings for two mapping is a nightmare and honestly I think I'm writing it a bit too high as it as a three-star but I think a key star is a little bit too hard it's a decent system if you want to treat it as a stationary pc.
