The media could not be loaded. Bought this for my 4 year old nephew and secretly as a pay back to my sister who got my 5 year old into the saxophone. Admittedly the instructions are a bit confusing but it still took me less than 45 minutes. Some pointers. Build the bass drum first as it is the foundation. Put the legs (on front) of the drum on 1st - it will save you the headache of getting it straight later on. Make sure the logo is perfectly aligned or else you will be taking it apart later if you are slightly OCD (same goes for the back). Hand tighten the tension rods and later use the included key to tighten them horizontally until the wrinkles are gone. Same process for the snare drum (10") and the tom drum (8"). Front to back attach cymbal, then tom drum then lastly snare. For size comparison the kiddo pictured is my 6.5 year old who is so very lean and long that she wears 8-10 joggers - i did however have the seat in the highest position. The drum is a great starter set for little ones. Also pretty compact. You can loosen the nuts and fold it all up if you are tight on space. Great all in one set for starters. I got this for my son because I wanted him to get out of his room a little more and it’s been so much fun! We practice to songs that have heavy drum use and it’s lots of fun to try and recreate or go with the beat. It was pretty intuitive to set this up, and is a great drum set for beginners.
