I am a solid 11.5 mens foot for almost every other shoe I own and wear. It's been a minute since I needed wrestling shoes but I don't remember almost all wrestling shoes being SO narrow. I have purchased - and returned - four pairs of different wrestling shoes from different online stores over the past month or so because everywhere has been far too small, even when I bumped up sizes. I finally got my pair in a 12.5 and they fit really good, so I suggest going up 1 to 1.5 size than your normal wear. I have two sons new to wrestling this year. We tried these and a comparably priced pair of Adidas. Both were a success. My 13 year old son loves these shoes. He tried a loaner pair at the beginning of the season which were very well broken in. When these arrived he complained they were a little stiff (obviously compared to the used shoes). My son is in junior high and a varsity wrestler . These shoes work well for practice and meets. Doesn’t use outside at all. They fit him like a glove which is great because they stay on and provide support . He loves the colors too. ( black mostly ).

my son is coaching wrestling , he is 40 year old man, and he says the length is perfect but this brand of shoe is very narrow and he is hoping to stretch them out a little by wearing them around the house for as long as he can stand having them on. My son started wrestling this year, so we needed some good, comfortable wrestling shoes. So far so good, he has wide feet and so I bought a size 8 (he's 10 years old). He says that they are comfortable and help him keep his balance when he's on his toes. And he likes the way they look, he says they are cool.
