I bought size 13 med. These fit perfectly. Plenty of room for the front of the foot and toes without being too loose, toes can spread out without being pinched, good arch support. Great cushioning but solid support when walking or running. These are so good, I bought 3 pairs!

This is my fifth pair of ASICS Gel Contend shoes. They seem to fit my stride well, but I am not sure how suitable they are for long-distance or daily running as I do not run daily.
