I spent a year looking at Escooters. I’m six foot eight inches tall and weigh 275lbs. I have a size 16 shoe so a wide deck, that’s sturdy to handle my size (and maybe a friend if needed) was required. . The ones that look like trash on the street are not built to support my size. That’s where this scooter kicks their ass. Firstly, I am not a tool, setup or install person. I break a sweat holding a screw driver. 😂 This scooter arrived and all I had to do was open the box attach the handlebars(with tools they provided) unfold it till I heard it click lock and boom i was done. It’s enormous. I took comparative pictures of your standard street trash-esque scooter versus this one. Comparing size, performance, sturdiness and overall eye appeal there’s truly nothing to compare. This scooter wins. But the interesting part is how in just two days I’ve had at least 15 encounters from strangers inquiring on how and where I got this beauty. The price point is significant.. there’s no denying it. But I feel very confident that the ROI (return on investment); will be met within a months time. The package also included a charger, that has a cooling fan (very nice because many don’t so charging with those kind can be dangerous..). Tools and extra brake pads. There’s a security lock (adorable but I’d get something way more stronger and complex to break or deactivate. I bought an AirTag and hid it inside of the scooter not easily accessible. Don’t even try and play youseself by leaving it outside anywhere. I’m big enough and can carry mine a on scooter shoulder strap. But most can’t. So make sure you spend the money on the most top notch lock. Do not skimp on this item. I am fully aware that leaving it unattended without the best security lock possible will only result in its theft. It appears my year of searching for the best scooter paid off. I don’t have anything bad to say, It’s 2500 watts motor with awesome suspension. Adults get this scooter. Parents understand if you’re buying this for anyone that is unable to support their weight (if the kid can’t do a pull up DO NOT GET THIS. It’s too much scooter.) But if you’re a grown up looking for a fun, economical, and flirty toy for trips around town you want this. Love, love, love! ... show more

This is the second scooter I have purchased. (My first was a starter from gotrax) I absolutely love this thing! It is such a smooth ride, has a great battery life and is almost too fast. I like it so much im buying a second one so i can ride with friends and dont have to get off to let them take a turn. Was super easy to unbox and get it ready for riding. The only thing that is even remotely a complaint from me, is that it weighs 60+ pounds and I live on the 4th floor of my building. The gotrax only weighed 30 pounds. But once you ride the Arwibon you will understand why it is a bit heavier. (To be honest I'm getting a great workout carring it up an down the stairs. But if you can't lift 60+ and go up or down stairs, then it might not be a good fit for you) So to compare it to the first one i bought, its 3×'s faster, has bigger wheels, suspension and a battery that last many miles longer. Another plus is that you can buy a second charger an charger your scooter twice as fast with the duel charging ports. I have put 750 mils on the odometer so far an look forward to many more. So......I have been researching scooters for months. I wanted to get the best scooter I could get within a set budget of approximately $1,000. I have read several hundred reviews and tried to determine which ones were the most legitimate and sincere. This scooter kept coming up on my radar and every time there was another review it was enthusiastic. I finally rolled the dice and ordered. I just got this thing this afternoon and I have already been on it for well over an hour and a half in two rides. I plugged it in for a couple of hours in between rides while I took care of some other things because I am totally unsure about how long I can ride until it dies. Anyway..... I am totally and completely happy with my purchase on the first day, although I still need to determine potential range. I just rode all over the place grinning from ear to ear. Plenty of power, plenty fast, and has all the bells and whistles. It is just my opinion but I don't think you can do better for the money. This is an update after 4 months. I got this in September and it’s now the end of January. I love riding this thing and my neighbors think I am crazy. I use it all the time. I go to the grocery store and Walmart on this thing. I have a large reusable grocery bag I hang over the handle bars and if I buy more stuff I have a backpack I use. It’s amazing what I can carry. Also, my wife’s car was in the shop about 5 miles away and I rode it to pick up her car. I folded the scooter, threw it in the trunk and drove the car to my wife and rode the scooter 10 miles home. Changed jobs and I now have to jump between two buildings in the NoVa area. There is a shuttle bus that runs every 30 minutes and takes 20-25 minutes desk to desk each way (multiple stops). I got the scooter to be able to come and go quickly on my own. it's 12 minutes desk to desk and a whole lot more fun! I did look at cheaper models but, I'm a bigger guy and wanted somethin that would hold up. The Q30 definitely meets the challenge. The large tires are great for rougher roads (lots of construction in the area) and going over driveway lips. Its got great range. I can go back and forth daily (about 1.5 miles) all week long and not worry about battery life. The break light and turn signals are great in the city (I keep the lights on all the time). I did learn the hard way that the brakes work well and its a bad idea to pull the front brake too hard (locked the wheel up and down I went!) ... show more
