I would rate this 5 stars if this was based on design and look alone. It’s sleek, unique and fabulous. I ordered the set of the two larger ones in the cream color. What some of the other reviews express is on point about these scuffing up right away. I avoid using these for air travel and use them strictly for road trips because they are not small enough for carryon and I don’t want them scuffed which happened the first time I used them. I highly highly recommend getting the plastic covers on them, it doesn’t cover all of it but it still looks nice and will keep most of it in shape. I’m the home and on hard surfaces, lay down gently when you open because it can scuff if it falls over or if you open it an the hard surface, which also happened to me. Sometimes it can be buffed out, which will still leave a mark but is less noticeable. I would purchase the smallest one as a carryon, it looks cute. I wouldn’t purchase the largest size again, it actually came damaged with handle popped out (reason for 3 stars along with the scuffing). It was too big to want to deal with the return process. Try not over stuff. You can tell the zippers are sensitive if you put to much they will break, and the plastic wheels aren’t exactly sturdy and the wheels will point outward. For this reason I make sure to not overpack the largest one. This part didn’t bother me because I think if you want to stuff a bag, get one that’s large and sturdy with the extra expandable zipper midsection. Just order it last week and took it for a trip. It fits Southwest Airlines Carry on. Only downside is that it gets scratched up when check in (had wine on the return trip). Trying to get the black marks off, will try with a magic eraser. They need to provide a cover the them.

The luggage is the perfect size, color, and weight! I will certainly purchase additional pieces in the future to match and make a set. I hope the future versions are expandable. I am also anxious for the restock of the covers for the luggage. I really want to protect this beauty!

As like all the other reviews I picked these cases because of their unique look (making them easy to spot) and the minimalist cool vibe they have. The shell does seem pretty durable.. the 28” seems more sturdy then the 20”. I wanted matching luggage but am a little hesitant to keep the 20” cause I don’t want problems at the airport. My only complaint is how the zipper is attached. I wish it was attached to the shell versus being sewn on the inside. Overall I like the look and I want to be cute at the airport lol. ... show more
