I saw this suitcase on IG and after a little digging I was able to finally find it. I’ve had this suitcase for a little over 2 years now and it is amazing. It’s incredibly durable and stylish. The quality is amazing. I purchased this carry-on when the one I had was finally coming apart after so many years of traveling all over the world with me. I bought this bag bc I saw an influencer gushing over it but mainly due to how cute it is. I trusted what I read and most reviews were positive. Aside from the cuteness of the bag (it really is cute) thats where the buck stops! I bought it few weeks ago but yesterday was the first time I packed stuff in and today is the first time I’m using it. As I’m writing this, I’m at IAD on my way to Europe full of regret for getting this bag. 1. as I was opening one of the zippers for the main compartment, the zippers came unaligned immediately. I didn’t handle it any different than how I handle any other bag. This was an immediate red flag as it signifies cheap quality of the product. 2. Then came today, traveling with me to the airport. While going through TSA security, I placed the bag in the large bins they give you and waited for it on the other end. Well to my dismay, merely touching the bin has resulted in visible black marks and scuffs. About 4 of them. I assume since it doesn’t fit all the way inside of the bin due to its shape being short and stout. 3. The next red flag was when I tried to put it up on the overhead bin in the airport. I realized at this time, how little thought was put in towards the functionality of this bag as it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient to do so since it DOES NOT HAVE a side handle to help you lift the bag!! 4. The last straw for me that drove me to pulling up my Amazon app to write this review as I’m in my shuttle to my next terminal is seeing the condition it is in now after taking it out of the overhead bin. More large scuffs and marks. These ones are white. I tried rubbing it with wet wipes and it doesn’t seem to do anything to make it look any better. Frankly I’m pissed for having been bamboozled into purchasing this externally cheaply made, with zero thought for functionality bag that is all Beaty and No brains. It should be criminal to promote an item that fails in almost every way. I expect a full refund for this.
