I just wanted to add some green to my back porch, and I don't have a green thumb so i figured I'd get some fake plants. You can totally tell they're fake. In the pictures they seemed a little more realistic, the bright green is a bit brighter than I'd like. But they'll do for what I need. They're giving life to my porch in the background. They aren't the center piece. I also am terrible with fake plants, so in the picture the left side I messed with and the right is just straight out of the bag, so it's still bent up. First of all, ♡ them! They arrive smooshedin a vacuum seal bag (for shipping ease of course!). Promptly opened and unfolded, right or off the bag the feel "waxy" to the touch. If you separate each "leaf" you can fluff them to take on your desired shape. I used 4 per hanging basket then Spanish moss to hide the 10" florafom dome and 1" disc insert to achieve height. The media could not be loaded. Looks great from a distance, although a little too bright green. We had a hard time keeping real ferns alive and this is a great alternative. We put 6 stems in each 14 in hanging basket. The pic shows three finished and one dead real fern for size comparison. Took very little fluffing out of the bag but strands did need separating. We duct taped the stems together and bent the bottoms to make a foot to help stabilize it in the basket. The chains from the hanging basket help keep them in place as well. ... show more

The greenery hangs down nicely & is really a nice size for the low cost. The plants look real 2. I have a feeling they will last a long time, but even if they don't you can't go wrong 4 the price.
