My chickens wouldn’t use their mounted nesting boxes very often, so we bought the faux grass panels to put inside each of the slanted boxes. The chickens immediately started using the boxes, instead of laying the eggs on the ground. I haven’t found many eggs outside of the boxes since we started using the panels. Yea! I cut each piece to fit inside the boxes and had to try several pairs of scissors before I finally found a pair sharpen enough to effectively cut through the panels. I ended up using a small pair of sewing scissors that I keep on my keychain. It took some effort, but I was able to cut the panels. They weren’t quite long enough for the nesting boxes, and kept slipping down when the chickens would go inside, so I used double sided tape to adhere 2 of the panels to the inside of the boxes to see if they would stay in place. So far it has worked great! The panels that I taped down haven’t moved and the chickens use those nesting boxes more often than the other ones. I’m planning on taping down the rest of the panels soon. I was able to use the scraps I had trimmed off of the panels for the nesting boxes to add traction to a step stool for my little dogs to use. I used quite a bit of the tape as a safety precaution, but so far the scraps have stayed on without a problem. My little Chihuahua, who is very cautious, has been able to use the step stool to go outside without a problem. He kept slipping on the steps before I put the faux grass on it. My cats also like to use the steps now, so it’s a win-win solution. Success!

I was getting desperate for a material for our chickens’ nesting boxes because they were pulling everything I tried out and I’d end up with a mess and broken eggs. I decided to try this after reading some reviews that others had used it for nesting boxes as well and it’s been perfect! All the hens started laying their eggs in the nesting boxes and have never attempted to pull it out. They’re really quite durable and I’ve seen very little flaking. I’ve been using them for months now with no problems. And they’re surprisingly easy to clean! They’re a great value for the money!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this to go on the bottom of my 55 gallon tank for my axolotl. Easy to use, however if you plan on putting it in aquarium you’ll need something to hold it down otherwise it will float up to the top. Easy to clean as well, did have some shedding but minimal.

I use these as a base for my baby bearded dragons tank and they work like wonders. Look real but can be cleaned smoothly. Soft to the touch. Easy to cut and use. Totally recommend for decoration or for tank accesssories.

We used these to put our golf balls on to hit them in the Kuwait desert during deployment. After months of hitting golf balls they are still solid with minimum ware. Worked great for us

This product is very cheap looking and cheaply made. I purchased it back in January for a project I’m working on. I’m finally just getting to use it on my project because it’s the last thing I needed to add. However, when I unpackaged it, I realized just how cheap it looked. The grass is all flat even after setting it in the sun to soften it. The plastic backing is thick, hard, and sticks out on all four sides so when you put the tiles side by side there’s a a black gap between it all. Unfortunately, since I purchased it back in January, it’s too late to return it.
