I bought this to cover up an area by my front window. I had bushes planted there and they would block the view from the window, plus I was tired of weeding inbeween the bushes. This product is good for the money. Ya, the bottom pad isn't that thick, but it holds up well. I had gutter issue in the area and I was climbing up and down it a few time, the grass held up with me doing that. If you take a broom and brush the grass up after you install it. This product is exactly what I hoped it would be. There is excellent drainage so I can run a sprinkler for a couple of hours on it, which takes potential smells and stains, and drains them away. And it feels like real grass when walking on it.

This turf is a godsend! We redid our backyard (just over 500sqft) with this turf and we love it! It feels great and is very easy to clean. Our cat loves it too! I would highly recommend. It’s light when delivered and very easy to work with! Just need some nails and turf tape! We cleared our yard of all grass, then put a weed barrier, then added sand and aggregate, compacted, then put the turf on top! Perfect! The turf does get hot in the sun, but we live in Hawaii and tend not to be in the yard at the peak of the heat. We also have put a pergola for shade! ... show more
