I’m not a floor expert and certainly not a contractor, just a perfectionist. I installed these myself! I went from a “1970 smoker brown linoleum” to beautiful faux marble. I bought a contouring gauge and a new razor to do the work. The tiles were easy to install and cut. My lines are perfect. Added this flooring in 3 bathrooms, the contouring gauge was key, especially around toilets and corners. Good quality and priced right.

These tiles are super easy to work with. They stick well, cut easily and are easy to clean. I personally didn't like the look of the dark tiles. The lighter tiles look like marble and the darker ones have no dimensions so they look like they don't go together. Overall they seem decent not sure how long they will last in high traffic areas though.

I really liked these, they seem sturdy and feel like real tiles once installed. However, like some of the other reviews state, they are indeed dark grey and not black. My pack only had 28 tiles though, which is leaving my bathroom unfinished because I didn’t notice until I had already started installing them. Despite all of that I do really like them, just wish you could buy a small amount so I could finish my bathroom.

Not happy. This is NOT BLACK. It’s a grey, and could look somewhat charcoal grey in certain light but it is definitely not black. I’m returning & really hoping the false advertising stops.

These tiles came neatly packaged and were very easy to install on my sub-floor. The peel and stick seems to work well I've had no issues so far but is not highly trafficked yet. But they are very nice looking. The marble is a nice touch in the white parts. I spent some time turning all of the marble pieces around to see which angle I liked them at the best. Wherever I had to cut it it was very easy to cut. In one portion I had them going down a half-step and they just creased and stayed at a 90 degree angle. There is some slight tearing if you fold them or crease them but it is very easy to do by hand and then you just run silver or gold trim across the crease line. Because of the easy to crease aspect of the tiles and the fact that they felt like paper had me questioning whether or not I even wanted these but I am totally happy with them after putting them down. I didn't think they were waterproof but they are. I was skeptical but after laying them down I changed my mind. They are waterproof and they are (fairly) scratch resistant, you can gouge them or cut them but they will deflect light surface scratches. You get a lot of tiles for $49. I just got done looking at a 50 pack of 3" X 3" dental compound mixing paper for $50. That's a dollar a paper and the papers only 3 inches. In comparison these 12" X 12" tiles come in a 30 pack for $49. That's $1.69 a tile and tiles are much more complex then dental paper. That's a really good value for these beautiful looking tiles.
