This flooring is super easy to install and immediately makes a noticeable improvement to any space without breaking your budget or back. If you have an area you would like to change this vinyl flooring can be a quick way to complete your project. Just because it is easy, doesn’t mean you can just slap it down. Take your time….better to spend a few extra minutes making perfect cuts and tight seams as opposed to a lifetime of looking at mistakes. My house is a rustic log cabin. I wanted to update the shelves in my laundry room that are located under the staircase to the basement. I am a firm believer that the laundry room is just as important as any other room in the house. But it is usually overlooked when it comes down to being decorated or remodeled. If you make the space a place you enjoy then the chore of laundry is not as bad. I knew I wanted simple alternative. Something I could do without my spouse’s assistance. I saw this Peel and Stick Floor Tile Vinyl Wood Plank in “Old Wood” and immediately knew this is what I wanted. It did not disappoint!!! If you are into rustic, aged but need a surface that is easy to clean this flooring is perfect. It is a little bit of rigid surface to give the floor some texture, but a rag easily glides across when it is time to clean. The vinyl flooring is 100% waterproof, which is perfect for my laundry room. I am so impressed with how much this vinyl flooring transformed my shelving area. So much so that now I don’t want to put anything on the shelves. Because the flooring is peel and stick, the project was very simple to complete. Cutting the flooring is easy. I scored the non-adhesive side with an exacto knife and snapped the piece in half. You could also use scissors, but I find they get gummed up with the floorings self-adhesive. Peel the paper off the back and place in position. Get a tight joint. It’s not hard, just take your time. Lift up and reapply if needed. My project was completed in a little over an hour. I would recommend this vinyl flooring for any area that you would like to transform. The ease of installation will provide you with a quick transformation project easily completed in a weekend. ... show more

I've never done flooring before. I used this product twice. After the first install I was so impressed that I ordered more for the second room. Installs easily and looks great! One caution. The third box that I needed for the brown floor had a lot of damaged pieces. About half the box. I didn't find out until I was already part way thru the box. Fortunately I was still able to finish the floor out as planned by using those as the short pieces I needed in some areas. I saw someone else mention this problem, where the corner is broken off, or in my case, not broken until I tried to use the piece and it snapped right off. You can see the damaged area on the piece before it breaks. There's a huge dent where it then breaks. Otherwise it's a wonderful product! P.S. I haven't finished with the shoe molding yet. ... show more

I put this directly on the linoleum. It was easy to install. It helps to use construction paper to map out curves, and use the stencil as a guide to cut the pieces around the toilet. Re-modelling an expensive RV is always a tough call as it had to look right to retain its value. This flooring is excellent, however it does need extra contact glue to ensure it stays put.

I bought 3 sets to complete my tiny room, I used 2 sets and a little of the third one. I was going to do a pattern and was annoyed about measuring and stuff but I realized there was no need. The side to side position textures seamlessly connect with each other, doing a pattern would ruin the texture. So I just did it side by side. Obviously my room isn't a perfect square so there will be gaps and angles I would need to form around on. I free hand cut it with a box cutter, a little at a time until it fit snug. My floor is like, SUPER modern now, Its been a week and I'm still surprised on how glossy and clean and smooth the entire floor is, complete transformation. I did a full room makeover where I puttied some holes and dimples, repainted the walls a blueish gray, I removed the old drippy landlord special'ed dried paint baseboards and slapped on some stick on rubber gray ones. And then to finish it off, gray vinyl stick on floors. A new modern bed frame, new modern lamp that changes ambient light colors, and a new office chair. My room transformed from a old dusty yellowish orange old wooden floorboard with brownish spots sealed under varnish, ugly baby blue wall filled with holes and chipping paint, and a old childhood bed thats practically falling apart, and a old gaming chair where the seat cracked and is sagging. To a ultra sleek modern bedroom using time honored Chinese construction techniques. Slapping faux stickers on everything. I also used fake wooden sticker paper on my old desk with water stains, chips, cuts, and flaking bits. It kinda looks cheap, I should have invested in a higher quality vinyl cover instead of plastic paper. Oh well. Anyways, room looks great. I highly recommend in overestimating how much you need and possibly returning the extra that you didn't use. Or save it for when your family sees your room and be like "I want my room to be this cool too" and then you can order more to do their room. ... show more
