Ordered this mirror in April 2024. By June 2024 this mirror came crashing down and shattered into pieces because the brad on the back of the mirror was not put on correctly. Called Amazon and they suggested I contact Manufacturer. Have called (they have no message with their number) and left multiple messages. Wrote in on their website a few times with no response and sent Sales@ messages with no response. Poor quality an NO customer service options to receive an exchange or refund. This Mirror has a stunning Grecian Venetian design that adds elegance to any room. The size is perfect, and it fits beautifully in my living room. It truly serves as a statement piece. However, I found the mounting process to be a bit challenging. The included hardware wasn’t as sturdy as I expected for a mirror of this size and weight. Additionally, the mirror arrived with slight imperfections on the edges, which was disappointing given the price point. I would suggest improving the quality of the mounting hardware and ensuring better packaging for safe delivery.
